Engineering Team Building The Loft

We are looking for highly qualified Software Engineers with knowledge in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing within Salesforce, with technical knowledge in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. You will play a fundamental role in building scalable and resilient solutions, supporting the service team in optimizing processes and ensuring the best experience for our clients and partner real estate companies across Brazil.

  • Feeling in control of the entire development cycle, maintaining the quality of the applications;
  • Actively participating in product decisions (from discovery to production) to bring more value to customers;
  • Working in a collaborative environment, supporting and being supported;
  • Ensuring the quality of the solution through automated tests;
  • Documenting the work done;
  • Being able to identify improvements and opportunities in products;
  • Being able to handle uncertainties and embrace changes.

What do you need to turn the key?

  • Experience in Salesforce platform development, including APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
  • Development of Salesforce applications and automations, including Flows, Triggers, and integration with external APIs;
  • System Design and Code Design Patterns applied to the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalability and best practices;
  • Development of custom interfaces, creating reusable Lightning Components to improve the user experience;
  • Observability and monitoring in Salesforce, using Event Monitoring, Debug Logs, and tools like Datadog or New Relic;
  • Automated testing techniques in Salesforce, including Test Classes in APEX;
  • Development of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) flows, integrating Salesforce with telephony systems (e.g., Twilio, Genesys, Amazon Connect) for customer service automation;
  • Agile methodologies and startup mindset, with experience in Scrum/Kanban and collaboration between development and business teams;
  • Communication skills, being inclusive in the decision-making process and ensuring collaboration between technical and operational teams.

Differentials/Bonus

  • Experience with AI applied to customer service, including chatbots based on LLMs, automation of responses in Salesforce Einstein, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation);
  • Experience with Customer Service Personalization, creating intelligent automation routes, sentiment analysis and NLP for improved user experience.
