Key Account Manager

The challenges you will face:

• Act in the field with key account (large) real estate partner firms, strengthening strategic relationships and ensuring value delivery;
• Be responsible for the performance of the portfolio, with a focus on conversion, engagement, and retention;
• Translate the commercial strategy into local action plans, adapted to the dynamics and opportunities of each region;
• Map growth potential and propose cross-sell solutions to maximize results;
• Position yourself as a strategic consultant, deeply understanding the business model and challenges of partners;
• Ensure the full adoption of Loft solutions, acting as an internal facilitator to resolve demands and customize offers;
• Collaborate with internal areas—such as Marketing, Product, and Operations—to ensure fluidity and efficiency in the partner's journey.

What you need to hit the ground running?

• Solid experience in strategic account management or consultative sales;
• Analytical and strategic profile, with business vision and focus on impact;
• Ability to build long-term relationships and negotiate at a high level;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Must have a driver's license and vehicle;
• Availability for in-person work and frequent travel;
• Knowledge of the real estate market.
