Growth Marketing Team Role

The mission of the team is to accelerate the sustainable growth of Loft, leading revenue and customer growth initiatives through digital media.

The challenges you will encounter:

  1. Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing and CRM strategies, aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead acquisition and retention initiatives with a focus on conversion, media efficiency, creative tests, and attribution.
  3. Map and evolve the customer journey, using strategic segmentations and data to drive results.
  4. Structure and improve measurement frameworks, generating actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  5. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities, and lead process improvement projects with a focus on sustainable growth.
  6. Lead and develop lean performance and CRM teams (internal and external), promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  7. Create presentations, dashboards, and reports, communicating strategies and learnings clearly to leadership.
  8. Collaborate with internal areas (Product, Design, Sales, Branding) and external partners (agencies and suppliers).
  9. Plan and manage the budget of the areas.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Proven leadership experience in performance marketing and CRM, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong orientation towards financial metrics and unit economics.
  • Domination of paid media strategies, conversion optimization, and lifecycle.
  • Solid experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, CDPs, DMPs, attribution tools, and data integration.
  • Solid experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and digital personalization.
  • Analytical profile with advanced Excel and basic SQL, data analysis, and the ability to transform complex data into clear visualizations.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to manage stakeholders and deliver executive presentations.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary projects and managing internal and external teams (including remote).
  • Ability to work in an environment that encourages autonomy.

Differentials:

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Advanced SQL and BI tools.
  • Experience in B2B strategies.
