Thor Lead Systems Engineer

You will be a Lead System Engineer (LdSE) for a large and complex sensor development effort at MFC. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge sensor systems, and you'll play a key role in leading all aspects of systems engineering, from requirements to subsystem development.

What You Will Be Doing As a Lead System Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and ensuring system engineering execution across the program. You'll work closely with chief engineers and program managers, IPT leads, and engineering leads to drive technical excellence and mission success. Additionally, you'll lead systems engineering transformation efforts, including Digital Engineering and MBSE. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead cross-functional engineering activities, including Conops and trade studies, system analyses, and configuration control
• Develop and manage technical baseline, verification planning, and execution
• Provide technical leadership and ensure system engineering execution across the program
• Lead systems engineering transformation efforts, including Digital Engineering, and MBSE.
• Promote culture optimization, enhance employee experience, and develop critical skills

This position is in Orlando. Must be a U.S. citizen - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance with Investigation of CV date within 5 years is required to start.
