Test Engineer Associate

You will be the Test Engineer Associate for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for the overall maintenance of test equipment.

What You Will Be Doing As the Test Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for test procedure development, test planning and preparation, test procedure execution, coordinate system resources to support testing, support test development, integration, anomaly resolution and corrective action. Your responsibilities will include:

• Debugging and fixing test software anomalies
• Troubleshooting test equipment and support troubleshooting efforts of the production hardware
• Supporting off-hours testing and associated projects as needed
• Test equipment failure analysis and resolution

This position typically requires 5 years of professional experience.

Must be a U.S. Citizen - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Experience both with analog and digital circuits. Familiarity with common electronic test equipment. Ability to interpret test requirements and electrical test results. Ability to conduct detailed failure analysis, and develop and implement root cause and corrective actions. Previous experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and National Instrument LabWindows CVI, TestStand and LabView.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,500 - $101,430. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
