You will be the Systems Engineering Principal for the Airworthiness Engineering Team which is responsible for advancing aeronautics airworthiness solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Engineering Principal you will be responsible for leading the business area through the 1LMX initiative and shaping the design and operational airworthiness certification for the U.S. and allied militaries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive the 1LMX initiative, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
• Lead technical efforts to develop and certify airworthiness solutions for current and future platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate certification requirements early in the design process.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance for U.S. and allied defense customers.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
