You will be responsible for developing system level artifacts and engaging with customers, mission partners, and other stakeholders to satisfy and fulfill customer directed objectives. As a member of the Systems Engineering team you will:

• Perform in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic small team environment, closely integrated with customers and contractors
• Ensure consistency of requirements and traceability back to customer objectives
• Develop the verification details for the requirements to ensure that the system is able to meet the requirements and support the execution of these verification activities
• Support the successful execution of program interim design reviews
• Development of systems engineering documentation such as feature description documents, trade studies, Interface Control Documents.

Selected candidate must have an active TS/SCI security clearance prior to start. This is a MID CAREER (level 3) role where candidates typically require 5 years of professional experience and a BS degree.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
