Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills. Familiarity with MBSE, SysML, Cameo, or digital engineering tools. Background in embedded control systems, networks, or real time architectures. Experience with hardware/software integration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Navy systems, DoD acquisition, or maritime platforms. Ability to lead technical teams, drive decisions, and manage technical risk. Experience developing test plans, verification matrices, and system level documentation.
