Systems Engineer - Level 2 | Lockheed Martin

You will be the Systems Engineer - Level 2 for the Configuration Management (CM) Team which is responsible for supporting Aeronautics Engineering and Technology initiatives across Air Mobility & Maritime Missions. As the Systems Engineer - Level 2 you will be responsible for driving disciplined configuration management practices that safeguard product integrity and enable rapid mission delivery. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting Configuration Status Accounting and maintain accurate configuration data.
• Executing Configuration Control activities, including change evaluation, approval, and implementation.
• Conducting Configuration Audits and IUID tracking to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Collaborating with internal and external customers and suppliers on CM processes and issue resolution.
• Producing clear oral and written communications for CM documentation, reports, and stakeholder briefings

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,400 - $129,260. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
