As the Systems Engineer Asc Manager on the Radar Pathfinder Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) Team, you will:
• Lead and establish system architecture and CONOPS, perform system-level design and decomposition into sub-system-level design
• Lead a team of systems engineers
• Perform system analysis and implementation
• Lead the coordination and planning of internal and external interfaces
• Support the technical integration team
• Support design reviews planning, coordination, and implementation
The ideal candidate will have both good interpersonal skills and leadership abilities as well as a thorough understanding of requirements development and verification planning.
• Degree in Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
• Knowledge in electrical architecture, design and integration (prior experience in LM400 or other common satellite bus architecture preferred)
• Algorithm generation and troubleshooting
• Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program
• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems problem solver; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change
• Ability to absorb technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution on constrained schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data
• Excellent team work, organizational, and communication skills and be capable of resolving problems across multidisciplinary groups
• Experience integrating across functional organizations
• Prior leadership experience

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
