You will be the DMSMS LRASM Execution Lead for the Production Program Management team. Our team is responsible for managing the execution of DMSMS projects related to the LRASM weapon systems, ensuring the avoidance of any impacts to production.
As the DMSMS LRASM Execution Lead, you will be responsible for managing the technical and schedule performance aspects of multiple DMSMS projects, including refreshes, redesigns, and product/material qualification testing. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver world-class proactive DMSMS and obsolescence strategies for the JASSM/LRASM customer. Your responsibilities will include:

• Experience with DMSMS Management (desired) • Experience with project engineering management (desired) • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs • Full Lifecycle Development Experience • Experience in components engineering including resolving obsolescence issues, counterfeit avoidance, part substitution, second source part qualification, and preparation of part procurement specifications. (desired) • Candidate is not required to have a logistics engineering background.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
