Staff ServiceNow Software Developer/Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Software Developer/Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations. This role will work closely with the ServiceNow development team, IT operations team, and business stakeholders to ensure that the ServiceNow platform is aligned with business objectives and is operating at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and integrations, including: Custom applications and workflows Integrations with other systems and tools Data imports and exports API development and integration
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to ensure that all applications and integrations are properly tested and validated
• Work with the IT operations team to ensure that all applications and integrations are properly deployed and configured
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that the ServiceNow platform is aligned with business objectives
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including: System design documents Technical guides User manuals
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform roadmap, ensuring that it is aligned with business objectives and IT strategy
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and engineers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionality, and best practices

ServiceNow Specific Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations using ServiceNow's proprietary scripting language, including: Business rules Client scripts Script includes

Desired skills:

• Ability to build and maintain the user interface of ServiceNow's Service Portal, using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Experience building custom reusable portal widgets utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Experience building custom applications and has ServiceNow Certified Application Developer cert
