You will be the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality components for missile systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring supplier-delivered hardware meets stringent performance and safety standards. You will support our Missiles and Fire Control campus in Camden, Arkansas.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute supplier quality plans and audits.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conformances.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure compliance with missile system requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of supplier processes and performance metrics.
- Provide technical expertise and reporting to senior leadership.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance.
Desired skills
- Experienced in working with suppliers on quality assurance needs - Manufacturing environment exposure and process improvement experience preferred - Defense contractor or military contractor experience desired - Working knowledge of SAP or Apriso preferred - Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEA's, other Root Cause and Corrective action processes - Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration
