Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an RF Engineering Manager to join our team in Littleton, CO! In this role you will drive technical, cost and schedule execution as a Radio Frequency Associate Manager in the Space Protection Program area. You will work hand in hand with senior program and customer leadership teams to deliver mission critical RF hardware and capabilities. This position will also be responsible for the daily management of a team of RF Engineers and the delivery of space flight hardware. If you thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment, working hand in hand with our customers to develop and field cutting edge RF technologies, this position is for you!

Desired skills:

- Control Account Management (CAM) experience

- Familiarity with Earned Value Metrics to manage program cost

- Experience managing program schedules with Microsoft Project

- Experience in team leadership to include assessing/growing talent, mentorship and training
