The Work As a Research Engineering Manager in the Converged Sensors organization, you will oversee the technical execution of research and product development across multiple engineering disciplines. Your role involves collaborating with Integrated Engineering Organizations, Chief Engineers, and Program Management Offices to ensure that project deliverables align with business objectives. You will also support Engineering Program Management (EPM) activities, track performance, adapt project plans, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to proposal capture efforts and develop responses to RFIs and RFPs, while managing capital investments and microelectronics strategies. Please note: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain government security Top Secret clearance. This position requires up to 10% travel. This position is based out Moorestown, NJ.
