Reliability Engineer Sr | Lockheed Martin

You will be the Reliability Engineer for the Reliability & Test Engineering Team in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team safeguards product performance by developing, coordinating, and executing technical reliability analyses that ensure our hardware meets rigorous design and contract requirements. What You Will Be Doing As the Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for driving reliability growth across our production hardware. You'll work hand in hand with design, test and manufacturing engineers, performing root cause studies, supporting reviews, and delivering data driven recommendations that keep our products flying high. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and generate reliability block diagrams.
• Develop and execute reliability growth plans; analyze trends to prioritize corrective actions.
• Support design reviews, test activities, and prepare for Failure Review Board (FRB) meetings.
• Participate in Corrective Action Boards (CAB) and Failure Review Boards, presenting findings and recommendations.
• Identify FRACAS trends, drive investigations, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and contribute to Concept Screening Board (CSB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB) decisions.
• Recommend statistical process control methods and test techniques to achieve target reliability levels.
• Compile, analyze, and report performance data and process control statistics.
• Ensure all corrective actions satisfy established reliability standards.
• Collaborate daily with cross functional engineers, produce clear technical reports, and travel occasionally for board meetings or site visits.
