Reliability Engineer Associate / Orlando, FL

You will be the Reliability Engineer for the IRST Reliability, Maintainability & Testability team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing technical reliability studies, evaluating engineering design concepts, and ensuring that products meet required levels of reliability.

What You Will Be Doing As the Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting technical reliability studies, analyzing performance reports, and investigating variables that affect product and process reliability. You will work closely with the IRST team to identify and resolve electromechanical technical issues and hardware/software integration problems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and conducting technical reliability studies and evaluations
• Analyzing performance reports and process control statistics
• Investigating and resolving technical issues and hardware/software integration problems
• Interacting with subcontractors, engineers, program managers, and customers
• Writing reports, white papers, and other technical documents
• Participating in failure review boards, engineering change boards, and corrective action boards
