WHAT WE'RE DOING

Our most advanced radar systems are designed by our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions (IWSS) team, and we are looking for highly talented individuals, like yourself, with a passion for RADAR and Electronic Warfare Technology. We provide surface, air and undersea solutions, including radar and surveillance systems, undersea combat systems, and surface combat systems and sensors.

The Work

Our Multi-Mission Air Defense (MMAD) line of business is looking for an experienced Lead Systems Integration & Test Engineer that has the confidence to solve a wide range of difficult problems. This candidate will be the Q-53 Sustainment Programs System Integration & Test Lead responsible for leading Integration & Test Engineering across Q-53 product area sustainment programs. We are looking for an individual that is imaginative, thorough, practical, and have a can-do attitude in a diverse and challenging environment. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Systems Integration & Test Engineering on Q-53 sustainment radar programs including, requirements validation & verification, test plan and procedure development and support all aspects of system sell-off. The selected candidate must possess a strong subject matter expertise in radar systems integration and test through all phases of the system lifecycle. The selected candidate will possess a strong subject matter expertise in related disciplines including hardware design and development, software development processes and manufacturing processes. This engineer will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs integration and test efforts as well as working hands-on with radar systems. The candidate will be comfortable working in the lab environment running system and software level tests, OS patch testing and loading software baselines. The candidate will understand cost and schedule management and experience interfacing with customers. This Position is responsible for: 1) Leading Q-53 Sustainment Program System Integration & Test Engineering Teams a. System Requirements Sell-off b. System Requirements Integration c. System Performance Analysis d. Requirements Trace Verification Matrix (RTVM) e. Systems Integration and Test Product-line Coordination across all TPQ and/or MADD Programs f. Cross Functional Coordination g. Program & Product-line/Market Segment Cost, Schedule, Technical and Risk Management h. Systems Integration & Test Engineering Scope Proposal Development • Candidate will be required to work at our Syracuse, NY site and Cazenovia, NY site

This position requires a government security clearance at the Secret level; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
