Job Description

You will be the Quality Engineer Asc for the Sensors Integration & Test manufacturing center. Our team is responsible for designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment to ensure high-quality products are delivered to the customer. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer Asc, you will be responsible for supporting product quality tests, performing statistical analysis to assess products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications, and reviewing documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment
• Supporting product quality tests and performing statistical analysis
• Reviewing documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes
• Analyzing and resolving process issues
• Leading corrective action meetings and participating in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards
• Performing assessments and audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance
• Evaluating design assurance activities and implementation of production process methodology
• Interfacing with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality-related issues
• Utilizing lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $54,900 - $96,830. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
