You will be the Quality Engineer for Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control campus in Camden, Arkansas. Our team is responsible for producing and validating hardware for sophisticated missile systems and associated launch vehicles, and we're seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for working on complex technical problems, providing innovative solutions, and acting independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with quality inspections and assembly processes. You will have the opportunity to lead quality inspection efforts, mentor less experienced engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineers, tool technicians, and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing quality inspections and supporting assembly processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
• Mentoring less experienced engineers and leading quality inspection efforts
• Participating in teams to accomplish long-range objectives and develop new concepts
• Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and attending industry conferences

Further information about this opportunity: This position is in Camden. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

• Root Cause Analysis and related Corrective Action training.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
