A Production Quality Engineer (PQE) in support of RMS Operations will support Quality scope initiatives across multiple programs at the Orlando site. The Production Quality Engineer will support assigned programs and/or commodity areas to ensure product delivered to the customer meets expectations and all requirements imposed. Program and Floor Area performance will be monitored and reported, build documentation will be reviewed and approved, and PQE will interface with Operations and Quality Program Management, and other Integrated Production Team members on a regular basis. The PQE will support activities such as non-conformance management, manufacturing build oversight, inspection activities, reclamation areas, and participation in Performance Management Teams (PMTs), factory continuous improvement initiatives, First Article Inspection per AS9100 of all production parts and assemblies, investigation/resolution of problems/issues, monitoring/auditing/support to manufacturing, assembly and shipment. Interface with internal departments regarding problem/issue review/resolution, Customer and DCMA interface when required.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
