QA Engineering Associate Manager - Grand Prairie, TX

You will be the Quality Engineering Associate Manager for our Precision Fires Business Process Engineering (BPE) group, leading a team of quality professionals dedicated to driving continuous improvement across the entire line of business. Our team is focused on standardizing requirements, developing and maturing processes, conducting audits, and managing projects to accelerate progress and increase efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with Program Quality leaders to execute a BPE strategy that enables accelerated progress and increased efficiency. You will lead by example, leveraging your strong business acumen and exceptional analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and apply systems engineering principles to manage product and process variation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive a continuous improvement strategy
• Leading the development and maturation of business processes, including requirements standardization and audit management
• Executing a BPE strategy to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Applying advanced knowledge of Aerospace Standards, including AS9100, AS9102, and AS9145
• Managing projects and providing leadership outbriefs to stakeholders
