We are seeking a Program Planning Engineering Specialist to provide planning and scheduling support for the Functional Labs (Dallas and Orlando) team. The incumbent will work closely with functional lab managers, technical SMEs, planners, operations, and program management to translate authorized customer and lab requirements into a Functional Lab Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Responsibilities include validating scope, flow, and resource requirements. The individual in this position will have a high-level overview of the Functional Labs and must be proactive to address schedule conflicts and support the planning of multiple programs for test execution. This role will interface with a multi-discipline team to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting.
Develop Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Dallas and Orlando Functional Labs which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching functional lab strategy Partner with Program, Functional Labs (Dallas and Orlando), & Senior Management to reduce cost and schedule to increase technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions Provide time-phased critical path predictive analysis, actionable planning data, and collaborate to develop recommended solutions to Functional Lab execution conflicts Ensure all commitments are tracked, monitored, and provide status Interface with Functional Lab managers, program management, and senior management as the programs planning integrator Ensure vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other Functional Lab artifacts Devise modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost to perform schedule risk assessments Utilizes metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved Functional Lab performance
Experience with integration, development, management, and/or oversight of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Experience with Critical Path Methodology; Schedule Risk Assessment and Analysis; Risk & Opportunity Management Experience developing strong relationships with Management, Customers, and technical partners Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers Strong background and experience in military logistics and supply chain Supply Chain Management and project management experience Excellent information organization skills, written skills, and verbal presentation skills

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
