Your Mission is Ours. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Marietta, GA is seeking a full-time Project Management and Planning Operations Rep staffing role.
What You Will Be Doing In this role you will support the Aeronautics Operations Workforce Integration organization and will be responsible for transforming our staffing processes through the development of new and creative approaches to maintaining staffing levels within multiple programs and developing new and innovative solutions to data visualization.
• Leverage digital transformation tools such as Tableau and Advanced Excel to improve our ability to collect and analyze staffing data, providing metrics to enhance the hiring process.
• Support hourly staffing efforts in support of the Marietta site. Incumbent will have oversight of the internal movement process and ensure compliance with applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements. Support external hiring by screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Project Planning in support of strategic workforce initiatives and development. Apprenticeship program, High School/Technical College & Military Partner Engagement Liaison, Job fairs and recruiting events.
Requires close coordination with functional partners and lines of business. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of data analytics and data visualization skills, a passion for talent development, and the ability to formulate presentations that drive data-based decisions. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to formulate effective project plans, implement creative solutions, integrate with cross functional teams to achieve results, brief and interact with leadership on a routine basis. Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Must be a US Citizen.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
