In this role, you will offer the following daily key responsibilities:

  • Assist program management in managing time allocation and prioritization of decision making
  • Manages operating rhythm including scheduling, pre- and post- planning
  • Experience with logistics / supply chain principles
  • Experience in inventory and document management
  • Bridges gaps between functions, building effective relationships to solve problems and execute cross-functionally
  • Coordinate short, medium, and long term strategy execution for team
  • Monitor, support, and index measures of success aligned with organizational mission and initiatives

To be effective, ideally, you should also have:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing objectives and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functional groups
  • Manufacturing or Production Operations experience
  • Experience with presenting schedule and cost metrics to senior leadership
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
