You will be the Project Engineer for an F-16 and/or T-50/FA-50 retrofit and/or production program. You will be responsible for performance, cost, and schedule execution for all engineering for the assigned program. What you will be doing includes:
• The role addresses issues, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops mitigation strategies.
• This individual is the primary interface with F-16 program management office and customers.
• This role requires learning and executing related processes, identifying, coordinating and implementing improvements to best enable team success.
• The candidate must lead cross-functional teams to deliver performance excellence.
• Expected to perform as the prime technical contact for complex projects of varying scale and scope.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
