You will be the Program Quality Engineering Senior Manager for the F-35 Sensors Program Quality team, which includes the EOTS sensor/window and DAS windows. Our team is responsible for optimizing and growing the quality team structure, providing strategic Quality leadership, and ensuring the successful development, production and sustainment of all F-35 Sensors products.

Lockheed Martin (LM) is seeking an experienced Senior Program Quality Manager (PQM) to lead all aspects of quality for the F-35 Sensors program based in Orlando, FL. The Sr PQM will be responsible for optimizing and growing the quality team structure, providing strategic Quality leadership and ensuring the successful development, transition to production, production and sustainment of all F-35 Sensors products. This person will be expected to operate with autonomy and seamlessly collaborate with all functions and centers in support of delivering quality products for the program area. This position requires that the candidate stay current with industry standards, solutions and leverage technologies across Lockheed Martin. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Liaise between programs, manufacturing sites across LM and the supply base
• Liaise between program and customer(s) to ensure compliance to requirements
• Optimize program quality execution while driving out risks
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams to ensure quality standards are in place
• Establish key performance metrics and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Identify solutions to complex problems using root cause and corrective/preventive action tools
• Develop talent to strengthen the organization
