Program Quality Engineering Manager - Arlington, TX

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Program Quality Engineering Manager to lead and manage the quality engineering efforts for the THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) program.

What You Will Be Doing The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of quality engineering principles, program management, and the THAAD system. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the quality engineering team responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and processes to ensure the successful execution of the THAAD program.
• Manage and track quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve quality performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the program.
• Manage the team performing quality audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to quality and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on quality performance, issues, and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality engineering.
