You will be the Operations Manager - Aircraft Modifications Site Lead for the Modification Maintenance / Production Team. Our team is responsible for providing leadership for all work performed for a Modification Maintenance / Production Team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Manager - Aircraft Modifications Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading aircraft modification efforts, including test and development, and serving as the primary point of contact for maintenance and support personnel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing on-site leadership and strategic direction
- Ensuring a fully staffed, trained, and skilled workforce that operates within budget and contractual schedules
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and managing associated tasks therein
- Performing Cost Account Management (CAM) actions for modifications
- Coordinating with facilities and managing the overall health and appearance of the site
