You will be the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for the RF Product Center – Missile & Fire Control team. Our team designs, develops, and provides production support for high temperature antenna hardware that powers mission critical sensor systems. What you will be doing As the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will own the mechanical design effort for RF sensors, working hand in hand with the design lead and cross functional IPTs. You'll create 3 D CAD models, develop conceptual layouts, run tolerance analyses, and generate production ready drawings for components such as heat sinks, covers, and brackets. You'll also lead design trade studies and coordinate developmental test (DVT) activities to keep performance, cost, and schedule on target. Your responsibilities will include:
