Manufacturing Project Engineer III
This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing production and capital projects with a strong emphasis on new product integration (NPI), CAPEX execution, and strategic production planning. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources while supporting capacity planning and risk mitigation efforts. Your work will directly impact production scalability, efficiency, and overall program success.
Key duties/responsibilities include:
- Lead and support new product integration (NPI) efforts from development through production
- Plan and execute capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including budgeting, tracking, and reporting
- Develop and maintain the production Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with program and production goals
- Support capacity planning and production scaling strategies to meet demand
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives across production and operations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program and operational risks
- Support project proposals and develop cost estimates and budgets (including Basis of Estimates)
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project execution
- Provide occasional weekend or off-hour support to maintain production schedule compliance
- Travel as required (up to 25%)
