You will be the Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Level 1) for the Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for improving the producibility of early designs and creating manufacturing plans and processes that support the evolving demands of the warfighter.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for developing and executing manufacturing processes that enable efficient, high‑quality production while partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- Drive continuous improvements to manufacturing workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and manufacturing feedback on new product designs.
