You will be the Manufacturing Engineer, Staff for the Precision Fires Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for supporting both development and production activities for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) system.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineer, Staff, you will be responsible for leading Production Line Validations, supplier visits, internal manufacturing shop support, Earned Value Management, proposal support, tooling, BOM planning, design reviews for producibility, and other program-related production activities.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Supporting hardware and tooling for MFC Mechanical/Electrical hardware and Supply Chain
• Production Line Validations
• Engineering Release reviews for new and revised design requirements
• mBOM planning and Make or Buy coordination/management
• Collaborating with Program Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met
