You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3) for the PAC-3 Munitions Acceleration team. Our team is responsible for the successful execution of a large ramp-to-rate effort with a heavy focus on supporting proposals, collaborating on make-where decisions, and driving tooling from identifying the need to delivery and prove-out.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3) you will be responsible for supporting proposals and coordinating the identification, design, procurement, delivery, and prove-out of PAC-3 tooling.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Generate Tangible Item Lists (TILs) and labor estimates to enable make-where and make-split decisions
• Plan budgets and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) activities, and coordinate make-site efforts
• Write Tooling Action Requests (TARs), develop tooling Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage priorities for design, fabrication, and prove-out
• Consolidate complex tooling status data into actionable insight for leadership and USG customers
• Drive cross-site and supplier collaboration to ensure timely delivery and successful verification of tooling

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

• SAP application experience • Windchill / MPM Link Experience • Experience driving the implementation of automated manufacturing processes • Experience in design for manufacturing / design for automation • Experience creating and/or interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) • Experience managing project cost / schedule • Experience working with Government customers • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams/projects across multiple locations • Demonstrated competency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software (PTC Creo Preferred) • Proven ability to improve cost, schedule, quality and/or safety
