We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support our sonar and radar programs in development and production. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling.
The work: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and leveraging your technical expertise to optimize manufacturing processes. You will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of new technologies and processes, such as automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing software, to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. You will create and analyze 3D model data to optimize manufacturing processes and develop digital work instructions, leveraging your understanding of materials and automatic processes to define operations procedures and build sequences that drive operational excellence.
