Manager of Aeronautics Labor Accounting, responsible for leading a team of employees on day-to-day operations and customers responses related to MyTimeCard, AutoTime, HCM implementation, and preparations for Aeronautics incorporation into 1LMX. Will be responsible for financial analysis on inputs and outputs including variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunity assessment and associated mitigation plans.
Guide the team through the 1LMX roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Lead and mentor a diverse group of represented team members. Promote an inclusive environment that values each employee's contributions. Harness large-volume data from multiple systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, HRIS). Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for decision-making. Partner with internal Aeronautics stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, HR). Build strong relationships with other business-area partners to ensure seamless end-to-end processes. Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and controls associated with 1LMX. Communicate changes effectively to all impacted teams.

Master's Degree in Accounting or other relevant field. Reconciliation Experience Demonstrated Ability to work across organizations. Ability to Analyze Large Volumes of Data from multiple sources.

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
