You will be the Reliability/Testability Associate Manager for the IRST programs team. Our team is responsible for executing Reliability, Maintainability, and Testability activities for Production, Development, and Sustainment efforts, with a focus on Testability.

What You Will Be Doing As the Reliability/Testability Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors in the execution of Reliability, Maintainability, and Testability activities. You will focus on ensuring the technical accuracy and credibility of reliability allocations, predictions, and analyses. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading FRACAS activity execution and participating in Failure Review Board (FRB) or equivalent
• Ensuring execution and technical accuracy of Reliability Allocations, Reliability Predictions, FMECAs, and BIT requirements development
• Supporting failure investigations and root cause/corrective action identification
• Developing and conducting technical reliability studies and evaluations
• Participating in detailed design activities, technical interchange meetings, and program reviews
• Preparing and delivering presentations to Program Management and customers
