The selected individual will serve as a Classified Cyber Security Technologist Sr. In this role, the selected individual will collaborate with a team of cybersecurity professionals and work closely with the Information System Security Manager(s) to implement and monitor comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. This will involve identifying, designing, securing, and deploying specialized applications and tools that support the governance and risk management of classified systems, infrastructure, and tools, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified assets. The selected candidate will also help design and document advanced risk governance operations to implement proactive security methodologies for classified programs. This position requires an understanding of DevSecOps, Artificial Intelligence (AI), software development, and related security controls, as well as a mindset focused on automation-enabled cybersecurity for day-to-day activities.

• Advanced Splunk proficiency – writing queries, building dashboards, integrating third party apps.

• Experience designing secure networks: defining security and operational objectives, risk mitigation strategies.

• Familiarity with complex environments: data centers, cloud platforms, cross domain solutions, NSA Type 1/CSfC encryption.

• Proven ability to conduct internal/external customer assessments, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans.

• Capability to evaluate system changes, advise ISSMs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• History of deploying enterprise level technologies with minimal disruption and delivering training/support to end users.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $93,200 - $164,450. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
