In this Infrastructure Network Engineer role, you will:
You have a Bachelors degree in Computer/System Engineering with a minimum of 2 years' professional experience OR at least 4 years' Military related experience. You are interested in a career where you will solve problems and develop solutions on a daily basis. You enjoy a good challenge and excel in an environment where you can collaborate with other motivated engineers. Must be willing to work onsite, traveling between multiple sites within the campus (5 mile radius) as well as be willing to travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Familiarity with U.S. Navy Aegis shipboard networks and technical documentation and troubleshooting. Experience supporting ship network/operating environment installations and checkouts. Familiarity with multiple vendor hardware sets. Administration/deployment experience with a Linux Operating System (preferably Red Hat). Masters degree or advanced technical certification(s) such as CCNA, CCNP, or Network+. Experience working in a systems/software engineering environment, using agile tools, automation, and applying best practices. Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to articulate advanced technical topics to both technical and non-technical staff.
