Industrial Engineer Sr / Lvl 3 / Archbald, PA

You will be the Industrial Engineer for the Archbald site team. Our team is responsible for managing performance and optimizing manufacturing processes.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for tracking and managing performance for the Archbald Business within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking performance to cost, schedule, and technical elements in the project lifecycle
• Coordinating the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments
• Researching and analyzing historical data to develop cost models and support performance trend efforts
• Coordinating activities and participating in fact-finding meetings
• Optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.

This position is in Archbald.

Desired skills include financial analysis, cost control, and manpower/staffing analysis skills. High degree of experience with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Financial systems and MRP systems and labor clocking is required. Effective organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, knowledge/experience with MFC and/or Archbald, and knowledge/experience with Tableau and/or Power BI are also important.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
