We are seeking a Human Resources Operations Analyst to join our Year One Experience Team in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will directly impact the experience of thousands of employees, from interns to executives, by creating a seamless, welcoming, and engaging onboarding journey. You'll also play a key role in supporting our Contingent Non-Employee (CNE) workforce, ensuring all new hires and partners feel connected to Lockheed Martin's mission, culture, and values.

Desired skills
• At least three years of experience in Human Resources or related field • Prior HR Operations experience with onboarding, applicant tracking systems such as Kenexa/BrassRing, processing I-9/ eVerify • Strong communication skills both oral and written and customer service orientation • Project experience, including developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing corresponding communication plans, identifying milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results • Continuous Improvement Training/Mindset • Change Management Training/Experience • Strong analytical skills • Passion for enhancing the employee experience and driving continuous improvement

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
