Geospatial Systems Engineer - Production

You will be the Geospatial Systems Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Geospatial Solutions team. Our team designs, develops, and delivers cutting edge geospatial software and workflows that turn massive data sets into actionable intelligence for missile and fire control programs.

What You Will Be Doing As the Geospatial Systems Engineer you will own end to end development of geospatial applications, collaborate with cross functional engineers and customers, and influence the product roadmap. You'll work remotely while staying tightly integrated with multi site MFC teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead integration of MFC geospatial software across multiple teams, sites, and platforms.
• Design, develop, test, and optimize large scale geospatial workflows on high performance computing (HPC) systems.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and roadmap features.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and propose new product concepts.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and performance standards.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous integration pipelines.
