The Space Security Division within Lockheed Martin Space's Mission Solutions business area is seeking a talented and dedicated Systems Engineer-IT to become the Foundational Services Associate Chief Engineer (ACE) who will be focused on IT Infrastructure (Systems Administration, Networking, Hardware, and Information Assurance) in the Foxtrot Program Area. Responsibilities of this role will include (but may not be limited to): Establishing a shared vision for Information Assurance (IA) and Hardware (HW) on the Coronado program, proposing and championing opportunities to increase efficiencies, increasing collaboration between the IA & HW Scrum teams, reporting status on infrastructure vulnerabilities and scanning results, monitoring component obsolescence and maintaining mitigation plans and upgrade strategies, coordinating with CAMs and Product Owners on IA and HW teams to provide holistic technical guidance, reviewing and coordinating ERB documents and topics related to IA and HW, and collaborating with the CE and other ACEs to ensure that programmatic technical needs are met by all teams with a singular focus.
• Significant Windows System Administration experience • Significant Linux Administration experience • Significant understanding of NIST RMF controls, implementation and management • Security+ or CISSP certification • Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with adjudicated polygraph
• Broad-based IT infrastructure experience in IA, Systems Administration (Windows and Linux), networking, virtualization, and hardware • Understanding of the security accreditation process, scanning, hardening, and patching of devices and components • Familiarization with the Engineering Review Board (ERB) process #LMSpaceSystemsEng

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
