You will be the Facilities Engineer Associate for the Facilities Engineering team. Our team is responsible for planning, maintaining, and executing the transformation of Lockheed Martin's physical assets to support mission-critical operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Engineer Associate you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our facilities, ensuring they remain resilient and ready for mission-critical tasks.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing maintenance plans for all physical assets.
- Coordinating transformation projects that enhance operational capability.
- Monitoring facility performance and implementing continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical operations.
