Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Full Time, Entry Level/Hourly, Systems Engineering Aide in Denver, CO. Position Overview The Engineering Aide will serve as the central liaison for multiple Systems Engineering (SE) domains and design teams. This role coordinates technical interchange meetings, assembles and maintains engineering presentation packages for all major technical reviews, drives entry/exit criteria compliance, leads action‑tracking to ensure data‑product technical maturity, and partners with SE teams to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Technical Interchange Coordination – Schedule, organize, and facilitate TIMs (≥ 200 participants); manage agendas, logistics, security clearance handling, and virtual‑meeting platforms.
• Presentation & Review Package Development – Create slide decks, graphics, and supporting data for SRR, PDR, CDR, PRR, etc.; enforce templates and story‑boarding standards for consistency.
• Entry/Exit Criteria Management – Track verification of entry criteria, document exit criteria, secure sign‑offs, and maintain traceability in PLM/EDMS.
• Technical Meeting Leadership – Lead ad‑hoc technical meetings, moderate discussions, capture action items, assign owners, and monitor closure.
• Technical Maturity Assurance – Follow up on actions, validate Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and other maturity metrics; maintain dashboards for stakeholder visibility.
• Process Improvement & Procedure Support – Identify gaps, draft/revise procedures, checklists, and work instructions; provide brief training or reference guides.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Liaise with hardware, software, integration, test, and program‑management teams to align technical information.
• Documentation & Records Management – Keep meeting minutes, action logs, and review artifacts current in the approved configuration‑management system (e.g., DOORS, Jama).
• Support Senior Leadership – Prepare concise status briefs, risk assessments, and dashboards for SE leadership and program managers.

• Experience on aerospace or defense programs (DoD, NASA, etc.)
• Desire to continually learn, ambition to proactively address challenges, and aspiration to work in a diverse team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust to a variety of audiences.
• Good presentation skills; must be able to present clearly and concisely on a weekly basis to management and customers.
• Proficient with using the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Basic understanding of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) principles as well as the ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material and problem solve.
• Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Primavera, Jira)
• Active or Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
