You will be a Fabrication Engineer in Lockheed Martin's Test Engineering department at Orlando, FL. Our team designs and builds the electronic and electromechanical assemblies that enable the development and production of next generation tactical hardware. As a key contributor, you'll turn engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of material into reliable, flight worthy equipment that supports critical mission programs.
What You Will Be Doing As a Fabrication Engineer you will work both independently and within a collaborative team to fabricate, assemble, and verify electrical test equipment and sub assemblies. You will partner with engineers, draftsmen, procurement, and quality inspectors to ensure every build meets exacting standards and schedule commitments. Your responsibilities will include:

- Solder certification to J-STD-001, IPC-7711/IPC-7721
- Experience in procurement and acquisition of test materials
- Experience interpreting and building to Lockheed Martin Test Equipment engineering
- Self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $48,500 - $85,675.
