You will be the Electrical Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, providing technical leadership in maturing the design of a major subassembly for a missile program. Our team is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality products, and you will play a key role in leading a cross-functional team and coordinating development activities.

What You Will Be Doing As the IPT Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Representing the organization as the prime technical contact to customers, supporting and leading technical meetings with program leadership
• Coordinating development activities between cross-functional teams and other IPTs to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinating with system test teams for requirement verification and validation
• Leading failure investigations, driving corrective action plans to closure, and identifying and resolving technical issues across a broad spectrum of technical areas
• Building and maintaining relationships with program technical leads, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Maintaining integrated master schedules and Gantt charts for major milestones to ensure project timelines are met

Further Information About This Opportunity: This position is in Orlando. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have an active Secret clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
