We are seeking a talented and motivated Control Account Manager to join our team supporting the iconic F-16 fighter jet program. What you will be doing As a Control Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the financial and technical performance of a major program, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to drive program success and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on earned value management, you will analyze program performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective actions to ensure program goals are met. Earned Value Management: Oversee compliance and implementation of EVM principles, managing cost, schedule, and technical scope.

Performance Analysis: Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis, define root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.

Leadership Reporting: Prepare comprehensive EVMS presentations and performance reports for leadership reviews, including Executive Vice President-level briefings.

Task Management: Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production task schedules for the assigned build areas.

Schedule Optimization: Maintain SWBS Station Forecast Starts/Completes in SAP and IMS and mitigate schedule impacts through Critical Path analysis.

Affordability Initiatives: Develop and implement cost-saving measures, driving efficiency and best practices across the team.

Pay rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
