Component Engineer Senior
You will be a Component Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). Your responsibilities will include participating in the selection, evaluation, qualification, testing, and failure analysis of Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, and Electro-optical (EEEE) Components.
What You Will Be Doing As a Component Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Plans, directs, reviews, and coordinates the preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met.
- Prepares EEEE Component Source Control Drawings (SCDs), evaluates vendors, and analyzes EEEE Component test reports.
- Overseeing Subcontractor EEEE Components, generating/reviewing/approving Non-Standard Part Approval Requests (NSPARs) at Parts, Materials, and Process Control Board (PMPCB) meetings, reviewing and approving engineering drawings and SCDs, participating/leading PMP issue resolutions, and assisting/leading failure analysis under the EEEE Components domain.

This position is in Dallas. Must be a U.S. citizen - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
