The Work We are seeking a talented and experienced Training Supervisor (TRASUP) and Battle Force Tactical Trainer (BFTT) Instructor to support the Aegis International Programs team and conduct waterfront and schoolhouse training. This individual will support a multi-instructor and developer workforce providing instruction and curricula updates for our International Program customers and in support of schoolhouse and shipboard training. Assist in the development of new training materials, revise existing curricula, and support simulation virtual courseware updates and deployment. Deliver formal training for internal and external customers, conduct instructor evaluations, and submit training reports. Approximately 25% of the work for this position will be as part of a training team with travel opportunities available to support our international customers in locations such as Japan, Australia, Norway, and South Korea. Some training will also be provided at the Aegis Training and Readiness Center (ATRC) in Dahlgren, VA and there are also opportunities when work can be completed in a telework environment.

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
